How does MIND-TRAINING to FEEL GOOD work?

The KEY to FEELING GOOD is to have thoughts that center around feeling great, to have beliefs that you are great and do feel great, and to be free of negative imprints that tell you otherwise. These are all accomplished by training your mind.

 

Your CONSCIOUS MIND

Your  mind has a CONSCIOUS aspect of which you are constantly aware, somewhat like the visible part of an iceberg.  It is in this aspect of your mind that you read, analyze, plan, speak, exercise deliberate control of  your skeletal muscles and your thoughts.  It is the source of the self-talk that affects how you feel.

 

Your SUB-CONSCIOUS MIND

You also have a SUB-CONSCIOUS aspect to your mind that is below the surface (similar to the hidden part of an iceberg). Yet this part of your mind is the most powerful part in affecting how you feel.  

 

Your SUB-CONSCIOUS mind controls your body, your emotional responses, and your habits.  It is the sum of the patterns (or programs) built up from your past experiences that have become ingrained in your nervous system over time.  These patterns are automatic, like ruts that you fall into even when you want to do otherwise.

 

Upgrade Your Sub-Conscious Life-Rules

You can adjust or replace your sub-conscious life patterns with patterns that serve you better.  Health issues, fears, habits, thought patterns and emotional responses can all be adjusted, if you want.  Whatever you are experiencing as a limitation has a causal component in your sub-conscious beliefs that can be upgraded to expand your life.
